Hillsborough Court 曉峰閣

HILLSBOROUGH COURT is located on Old Peak Road in the premium luxury residential area of Mid-Levels, adjacent to the verdant mountain scenery of Victoria Peak. It was developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties in a cooperative effort with the design firm Wong Tung & Partners, Ltd. Completed in the early 90s, HILLSBOROUGH COURT began welcoming new homeowners in August 1993. The estate comprises two buildings with a total of four towers consisting of 34 to 36 floors, each housing two to four units per floor. Most interior layouts feature two bedrooms with a few three-bedroom units, covering saleable areas from 625 sq.ft. to duplex units of 1,874 sq.ft. on the top floor, providing 528 units in total. The estate also has a resident's clubhouse with comprehensive entertainment and fitness facilities, including swimming pool and gym room.
